Paul Pagnone

Paul has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 1984 and a Real Estate Broker since 1989. His career has spanned more than 2,000 successful sale and lease transactions.

Over the past eighteen years, his deep interest in responsible urban renewal has led Paul to embark upon a wide variety of real estate investments, rehabilitation,  construction projects and development. Growing up in 1970’s and 1980’s North East Los Angeles he recognized the need for better housing and community services in his own neighborhoods and continues to be a productive part of Los Angeles’ urban renewal.

Paul also believes in architectural preservation and as President of the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles (www.iamla.org) he was responsible for the rehabilitation of the Historic Italian Hall on Olvera Street.


Diane Scioli

Diane has worked for Piedmont Investment Company for fourteen years as a real estate development project manager. Diane currently directs property due diligence, project entitlement, government agency compliance, and project design. Diane interfaces with professional engineers, surveyors, architects, and building contractors to ensure development project compliance and the successful completion of the construction.

Prior to working with Piedmont Investment Company, Diane worked as an environmental consultant for twelve years. During this period, Diane completed thousands of property assessments for potential and existing contamination. Diane maintained regulatory compliance through site assessment, testing and reporting as well as the development and implementation of remediation programs.

Diane obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of California at Riverside. Diane is a also a licensed California realtor.


Bradley Pagnone

Bradley joined Piedmont Investment Company in 2017 and assists and property due diligence, entitlement, regulatory agency compliance, construction oversight, project design and development.

Prior to joining Piedmont Investment Company, Bradley worked at Colliers International specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation, retail development and investment sites in multicultural / Hispanic markets throughout Southern California. Bradley graduated from the University of Arizona in 2014 with a degree in Regional Development which focuses on dealing with regional growth, location of economic activity, land development and real estate. Bradley is also a licensed real estate agent.


Teresa Roberson

Teresa was born and raised in Pasadena, California. She has over 18 years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry and has been a California notary public since 2002.

After spending six years working in the escrow field, she joined Piedmont Investment Company in 2008. Over the past 11 years she has helped to ensure smooth and efficient accounting and operations within the company. She is currently Operations Manager and Director of Accounting.

In her spare time Teresa enjoy spending quality time with her husband Eric and son Tre, attending live music and sporting events, traveling and enjoying all the activities Southern California has to offer.
